These terms govern the use of the genta.cl website. By browsing it, you accept these conditions; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

genta.cl presents Genta, the way it works, and its strategy, design, technology and artificial intelligence services. Its content is informative and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is agreed separately, through a proposal or contract that defines its scope, timeline and conditions.

Intellectual property

The site's design, texts, images, 3D models, animations, code and the Genta brand belong to Genta SpA or to those who have authorised us to use them, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. Any other use, such as reproducing, modifying or distributing its content, requires our prior written permission.

The projects shown in the work section belong to their respective clients, and third-party brands mentioned on the site (for example, technology platforms and tools) belong to their owners. Mentioning them implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Journal articles

The articles in the Journal are for general information and reflect our view on technology and design. They are not professional advice for any specific case; before making important decisions, assess your particular situation.

The site links to third-party sites, such as client projects or experiments published on other domains. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Ovalle, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
